The Forehead Lift Surgery,

The incision in the scalp is done in sagital plane from above one ear to the other site and dissection to the brow ridge. The Corrugator Supercilii and Procerus muscle are cut to reduce the vertical creases between the brows. Frontal muscle is incised to reduce the frontal lines. Optimal scalp removed and wound closed.

 In the patients who have wide forehead, the hairline incision could reduce the frontal area to 1-2 cm.
